New England Fiberglass Company has been in business for over 20 years doing the best fiberglass and restoration work in Maine. Ask anyone who has had work done here and they’ll agree.

We are located on the Portland waterfront at the Portland Company/Portland Yacht Services complex on Fore Street in Portland. We have three separate shops so that we may work on numerous phases of boat work at the same time. We specialize in fiberglass repair and restorations. We work on both power and sailboats from small runabouts to mega yachts. We also do AwlGrip paint jobs, gelcoat repair, core work, fuel tank replacements (can you spell Ethanol?) and just about anything to do with boat repair.

We have been featured in many national publications recognizing us for some of the fine work we’ve done. Antique boats, from the 1950’s up, have become popular restoration projects lately. These boats are probably some of our most gratifying projects. Most of these boats have been severely neglected but when the leave our shop, they look better than when they were built.

So, give us a try. Whether it’s damage to be repaired or just a fun project to get your boat all spiffed up, we’ll do our best to please you.
